Welcome to POST, a digital platform powered by iwepost.com, where designers can showcase and sell their original visual content through customizable holders. These Terms and Conditions govern your access and use of POST. By registering and using our services, you agree to the following terms:

1. Eligibility and Registration
1.1 Designer Registration
Designers must register for an account to upload and sell designs on POST. During registration, accurate and complete information must be provided. Each designer is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.

1.2 Account Types
● Free Account: Designers can upload up to 10 designs.

● Premium Account: Designers can upload up to 20 designs upon subscription.

2. Design Uploads and Holder System
2.1 Holder Structure
Each designer is provided with 10 different holders, each offering different quantity options. Designers are responsible for choosing and uploading their own designs to these holders.

2.2 Design Rules
● All designs must be original.

● Do not upload or claim ownership of designs created by other designers.

● Plagiarism or copyright infringement will result in account suspension or termination.

2.3 Display Conditions
Designs will only be displayed to customers once a sale occurs. If the sale quantity is zero, the images will not be visible on the customer side.

3. Customer Usage Rights
Customers who purchase a design from POST receive full usage rights to the design, without any copyright or usage restrictions. The design is sold under a royalty-free license for personal or commercial use.

4. Pricing and Revenue Sharing
4.1 Pricing
Each design is sold at a fixed rate of $6 (or equivalent in EUR/other currencies).

4.2 Designer Earnings
Designers receive $2 per sale. For example:

● For a quantity of 500 sold, a designer earns up to $1,000.

5. Payouts and Withdrawals
5.1 Minimum Payout
Designers can request a payout once their account balance reaches a minimum of $100.

5.2 Payment Method
All payouts are processed through Stripe. Designers must ensure their Stripe account is properly set up and connected.

6. Designer Accounts and Features
6.1 Normal Designer
● Access to 10 holders

● Can choose from different quantity options

● Can add or update images to holders

6.2 Premium Designer
● Access to 20 holders

● Includes advanced quantity management and customization

7. Intellectual Property Rights
● Designers retain full ownership of their uploaded content.

● However, by uploading a design, you grant POST a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute the design through the platform.

● Customers purchasing the design have unlimited rights to use it without requiring further permissions or licenses.

8. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:

● Upload stolen or copied designs

● Infringe on any third-party rights

● Misuse the POST platform for fraud or spam

● Attempt to bypass payout systems

Violation of these rules may result in immediate account suspension or legal action.

9. Termination
POST reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms, or for any reason deemed necessary to protect the platform and its users.

10. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
